All of our products are built to order. Most orders ship within 5 business days after receipt of order and/or funds.

It is very important that you call BEFORE ordering! This helps us avoid shipping you a product that may not be best for your needs.

We use the following conventions in ordering our products:

1. Type of controller, switch, mux, or DVR listed first
2. Type of receiver, dome, or PTZ listed last

For example:
Multi camera code translator SCT-1030 Pelco to Biphase would work with a Pelco CM9760 to a Bosch G3 Envirodome.
Single camera code translator SCT-100 Kalatel to AD would work with a Kalatel KTD-400 to an American Dynamics Delta Dome.

Can't find the product you need? Have an idea for a new product? We would love to hear from you! Just call (517) 675-1150. Sennetech may be able to develop a product for your application. New products take about 10 weeks to develop boards, write code, and test. If we can't do it, we will tell you immediately.
